Grooming Hours

Tuesday – Friday: 7:00am to 6:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am to 4:00pm
Sunday & Monday: closed

We take appointments but will always try to accommodate walk-ins. We prefer all of our grooming guests to be picked up no later than 5:30pm on weekdays and 3:30pm on Saturdays. Any pet that is not picked up by closing time will be boarded overnight and charged an overnight boarding fee.

Daycare Hours

Tuesday – Friday: 7:00am to 6:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am to 4:00pm
Sunday & Monday: closed

Pick-up for our Daycare guests is by 6:00pm, Tuesday – Friday and 4:00pm on Saturday. Any guest not picked up by closing will be boarded overnight and incur any boarding fees.

Boarding Hours

Tuesday – Friday: 7:00am to 6:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am to 4:00pm
Sunday & Monday: 9:00am to 10:00am (By Appointment Only)

Pick up on Tuesday – Saturday:  Boarding guests picked up before 11:00am on their departure day will automatically incur a 1/2 day charge for the day. Any guest picked up after 11:00am on their departure day will be charged a full day UNLESS they are receiving a Darling Dog Bath or Full/Mini Groom, in which case they will be charged a 1/2 day charge.

Pick up on Sunday & Monday: We are closed to the public on Sunday and Monday; therefore, all guests being picked up on these days will automatically incur a half night’s boarding charge. Pick up times are 9:00am - 10:00am by appointment only.

Any pet that is not picked up by closing time will be boarded overnight and charged an overnight boarding fee.
